Hemaya Security Services - Qatar - - Responsible of establishing and maintaining long-term working relationships or partnerships between Hemaya and selected suppliers / vendors. - Coordinate with the Procurement & Contracts Manager to develop the Contract's department yearly plan and budget. - Perform contract/subcontract review, negotiations and interface with customer/vendor contracting personnel. - Negotiate contract terms, pricing and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with the vendors / suppliers are commercially advantageous. - Review all contract/subcontract modifications and proposals for completeness, compliance and accuracy. - Notify management of potential non-compliance and other problems that could have an adverse impact to the company. - Ensure compliance with all Qatari Government contract reporting requirements. - Participate in customer business management reviews, focusing on contractual issues. - Draw up all contracts for the procurement of goods and services and ensure that contra...
