Doha, Qatar - Experience in designing and managing large scale (1 Million plus m2) quality mix use master plan projects, as part of A/E Consultants team, from concept stage to final & detailed master plan stage to providing services/controls to regulate and monitor building sub-developers Shall have extensive knowledge on all A/E disciplines/roads, traffic & infrastructure/sustainability & other specialty inputs and factors that influence and are necessary to develop a quality master plan. Experience in negotiating & handling requirements planning (statutory) authorities to firm-up/evolve development guidelines, obtain maximum concessions (within engineering constrains) and approvals for various development & project typologies.
