General Responsibilities: Enquiries - Manage all parts related enquiries from dealers and internal customers. Orders - Monitor dealer orders and support dealers in achieving optimal order flows. Orders - Coordinate with dealer and inventory management where exceptional order quantities are required to ensure minimal impact on business KPI and operations.
