Kuwait - 1. Create new items in the menu. 2. Duties include helping the Executive Chef to deal with deliveries, stock rotation and requisitioning of stock. 3. Reduce the cost for the kitchen department 4. Assist the manager in supervising the functioning of all kitchen employees, facilities and costs to ensure maximum food and beverage departmental profit is achieved. 5. Ensure cleanliness, satisfaction, and hygiene 6. Motivate the kitchen associate to get the best performance out of them. 7. Preparing the menu for a particular order, cooking, packing, decorating, managing the team, reporting and scheduling purchase of food ingredients and other required staff.
