Non-disclosed - Abu Dhabi - We are currently working with a leading investment company in Abu Dhabi who are seeking an experienced M&A/Corporate Finance Analyst to join an experienced team to work on diversified buy-side deals across a variety of sectors including Real Estate, Transport and Financial Services. Responsibilities: Work closely with Senior Members of the team throughout the full life cycle of transactions Be responsible for financial modelling , valuations, due diligence and industry research Work on new transactions alongside managing the existing portfolio Requirements: 4-5 years of experience working with a top tier Investment Bank in a M&A/Corporate finance position from a leading financial market such as London/New York.
