Build a strong relationship with the client to fully understand their needs
Monitor client satisfaction level and follow up on their feedback
Visit accounts daily to ensure proper delivery of orders, check all locations for freshness and design standards, and provide feedback to the florists immediately
Ensure profitability of accounts within target margins
Coach, train and engage a team of florists to ensure maximum engagement and productivity
Manage schedules and vacations in accordance with the operational needsLead 1 on 1 meetings with the team to go over their needs
Implement policies and procedures to ensure that company standards are met at all times
Check and approve weekly and monthly invoices, summary of invoices and monthly sales report
Ensure invoices are issued on time and payments are obtained
Control all stock and flower purchases
Present & sell the Banquet and Concierge Albums, Events, Christmas, Ramadan and special occasions to the concerned teams in the hotel in order to increase the revenue flow
Attend Weekly meeting in the office with all concerned colleagues & Design Team in order to discuss issues, ideas, suggestions, packages, events etc
Control weekly order of flowers & plants
Prepare & manage the Fixed & Variable Packages with assistance with Business Support team
Ensure that all relevant reports are submittedto the Business Support team for the preparation of the daily, weekly and monthly reports
