Time will be divided between the field and the office. Responsibilities: Develop a HSE culture that drives performance improvement. Coach, mentor and technically train the field HSE Teams as well as a senior member of the field management team. The role is focused on field operations from the well head to the gas plant with assistance being made available to guide drilling and projects HSE Leaders as required. Work with field management as well as HQ management to bring excellence in HSE competencies, processes and plant as well as performance management including investigation of incidents to understand system causes.
