1- Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
2- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
3- Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
4- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
5- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
6- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
7- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
8- Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
9- Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
10- Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review.
11- Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
12- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work tasks.
13- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
14- Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position.
