Kuwait City - 1. Brand Management: To Manage and drive the performance of brands under their control. Act as prime interface with the brand for all activities; ensure all functional areas are specifically informed of brand values to customers through effective marketing. Provide support to Operations teams to train on specific brand information. Ensure that all Marketing and Promotional activities are conducted in accordance with brand guidelines. Multi-store Management - To personally visit and manage stores across different locations for Brand Performance Evaluation and Staff Support. To manage and ensure that all the stores under their control are meeting or exceeding the expectations of Brand Standards. 2. Stock Management: Timely management of OTB (Open to Buy), stock allocation and replenishment, terminal stock management.
