• Preparation of Monthly reports.
• Preparation of Management Accounts.
• Bank Reconciliations
• Creditor Payments in line with cashflow.
• Statutory Returns.
• External Audit and preparation of audit file.
• Ensure all insurances are in place.
• Daily Processing
ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT & ACCRUALS
• Control of financial documents
• Proper filling of financial records
• Processing AP/AR invoices
• Supplier Reconciliations
• Balance Sheet review and reconciliations
TREASURY & BANKING
• Bank Reconciliation
• Daily Cashflow
• Weekly Cashflow
• Review Cash Receipts Forecasts
• Working Capital position - aged analysis
• Payment advice - Vendor & Others
• Banking
o Currency Management
o Cash Management
o Check credit terms in line with contract
o Developing optimization solutions - electronic banking, electronic payments
