Dubai - Sr. Legal Credit Specialist - () Description JOB PURPOSE Responsible for Finalisation of Borrowing and security documents for Syndication, VLC, Corporate Customers and other complex requirements. Assist in Overall Management of Documents Issuance team/ credit compliance team with regard to legal matters/interpretations/clarifications etc. Principal Accountabilities Functioning with independent role with regard to legal matters/interpretations/clarifications relating to borrowing/ credit compliance documents so as to eliminate legal risk. Peruse the approval terms and determine the terms to be conveyed and finalize required borrowing documentation for Syndication, Very Large Corporates, Corporates/ Large Commercial and Islamic Banking Customers including large facilities to other customers like Al Dana.
