Senior Customer Relationship Management Executive

- Oversee CRM and operations activities within the Commodity Services team
- Convert leads into clients being able to adequately present the scope of products and services offered by DMCC Commodity Services and coordinate with other DMCC departments for broader business development opportunities.
- Take ownership of customer on-boarding process and provide a satisfactory experience for all customers taking a product or service;
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by managing their request and taking ownership of serving the customers’ needs and not just following a process or instruction
- Support organization of events and smooth running of departmental operations
- Sign up new clients and process renewals for existing clients - (vault, tenders, DDE, DGD, Gold coins, events, etc)
- Report to department director
- Liaise with other DMCC departments for operational reports and to ensure smooth operations
- System Management
- Consolidate client feedback to determine future needs
- Support the department director organizing events, soliciting sponsorships, preparing an agenda and liaising with the marketing team to coordinate all aspects of organizing events.
