Senior Cargo Sales Executive

To actively promote Skycargo products and services within the designated territory ensuring sales targets are achieved in line with Skycargo Commercial objectives. Provide feedback and recommendation to enable the product development and pricing to develop customer based solutions.
Job Outline:
• Support the Cargo Sales Manager (CSM) in formulating the Sales strategies for the year that will ensure timely achievement of revenue & required market share for the region.
• Review and track performance of the Sales plan providing CSM with an update on a monthly basis and recommend changes; if necessary. This will include regular research on trends and competitor activities to providing market intelligence.
• Establish relationships with new and existing partners including Cargo Agents / Stock holders / Non ? stock Holders / Shippers and Consignees. Work closely with Head office to validate any initiatives put forward on a local level to ensure they are in line with Skycargo Overall strategy.
• Prepare and maintain an updated database of existing and potential clients for Emirates SkyCargo. Conduct a minimum of 40 sales calls per week and submit a weekly sales report to CSM.
• Ensure a close relationship is maintained with all the internal stakeholders by actively coordinating a weekly sales meeting to review ongoing activities and those planned for the following weeks.
• Assist the CSM in formulating individual client targets for the purposes of annual budgets. Work closely with partners to ensure these targets are achieved ensuring business growth from the region.
• Handle and facilitate commercial transactions between Cargo Agents / Emirates offices in the outstation and Skycargo Head Office in Dubai; keeping UAE Sales team fully informed at all times.
