Senior architect
1. Prepare and develop conceptual design.
2. Prepare and develop architectural detailing stages.
3. Coordinate with other departments with regards to design renditions.
4. Perform modeling of the project as per sketches.
5. Reflect the principal’s/Architect’s theme in the modeling.
6. Prepare presentation of concepts designs for client review.
7. Update the concept design upon modifications as per the Architect’s instructions.
8. Coordinate with draftsmen with regards to detailing as per design specifications.
9. Manage, monitor and ensure quality of output, and overall job performance of Draftsmen.
10. Performs other design-related that the management deems necessary.
11. Coordinate with client within the design stage.
