Our client is looking to hire a Sales Manager (Paint) to build brand image, manage branch operations and grow revenue generation. This role will have 4 direct subordinates and report directly to the Regional Sales Manager. You will primarily be responsible for identifying and growing new business opportunities, developing and enhancing proprietary brand image and increasing sales from existing customer accounts. You will plan and ensure the team sales figures are achieved as well as review market behaviour. In addition, you will participate in the creation and implementation of the sales business plan to drive the business forward.
