• Welcomes visitors / clients at the reception
• Corresponding with clients over the phone
• Greeting clients that walk in
• Corresponding with the head office
• Booking meetings
• Sorting and distributing post
• Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
• Gather personal and insurance information
• Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in
• Coordinate office activities
• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
• Update appointment calendars
• Schedule follow-up appointments.
