• The Writer reports to the Service Desk Director and will collaborate with a variety of team members across the technology organization to produce technical documentation.
• Software engineers, service desk analysts, business analysts, database engineers, infrastructure engineers, auditors, customers, retail partners, and general users will consume the documentation.
• They are responsible for creating and maintaining various types of user documentation, including but not limited to; how-to guides, references, manuals, compliance or operational policies, cheat sheets, escalation procedures, or instructions.
• The documentation may take many forms including traditional documents, but also videos, audio files, diagrams, technical vignettes, blogs, etc
Write testing protocols, compile associated data and results.
Write the corresponding reports. Write and edit SOPs for QC.
Coordinate and prioritize assignments to meet target due dates.
Comply with SOPs, GMP, and GDP.
Follow Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as business needs require.
