Kuwait - Role Summary/Purpose Responsible for all aspects of plant systems engineering for the power plant including modern T/G Control Systems (Mk VI and Mk VIe), supporting the Facility Manager in day-to-day operations. Involved in the preparation of the Facility operation and maintenance annual budget. Essential Responsibilities Establish good understanding of the contract T&C and Implementation. Assist the Maintenance Manager / Planner in the implementation of the maintenance programs. Assist the Operations Manager in assuring shift operations personnel are operating the plant equipment according to prescribed procedures. Coordinates the plant activities with the customer . Initiate Plant required modifications and retrofit projects, Follow projects through to completion, Coordinate Plant performance monitoring to optimize Plant output, minimize Plant heat rate, Diagnose and resolve Plant systems operating problems.
