Internal Auditor & Senior Internal Auditor, Bahrain

My prestigious client is currently on the lookout for an Internal Auditor and Senior internal Auditor to join their expanding team in Bahrain. The successful candidate has to independently and objectively test and report on the controls that exist within the company and contribute to the effective management of key risks, and recommend appropriate improvements. The role involves conducting fieldwork, both as a lead auditor and as part of a team in order to collect clear evidence to support assertions on control gaps
 
Responsibilities:
Carry out tasks in accordance with Client’s IA Charter, and IA Standards & Procedures manual, and assist in the refinement of Audit standards and tools used by the team.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory auditors as well as manage professional communications with auditees.
Coach and review the work of other auditors as well as follow up on the status of past audits.
Assist with the development of an annual risk-based internal audit program.
Overlook the preparation of audit reports for the Board Audit Committee.
Conduct fraud and other special investigations as requested.
