Kuwait City -  Provide high quality property consultancy services to existing and prospective clients of REH.  Ensuring high standards of contracts, financial consulting and liaising with departments to develop reports in making business decisions on real estate.  Provides an exceptional customer relations focus towards clients and tenants.  Identifies clients & market real estate requirements and prepare proposals and acquires landlord/client legal documents- corporate and individual tenant type.  Act as an intermediary between tenants and REH.  Establishing and maintains effective communication and good working relationships with all stakeholders utilizing interpersonal skills in order to effectively and efficiently accomplish department goals.  Promote rental of properties through advertisements , open houses and participation etc. in multiple listing service(BIG)  Review all aspects, terms and agreements of the contract to ensure adherence to company policy as well as best practi...
