Doha, Qatar - Ensure bodyshop operations are managed within the guidelines of the After Sales Policies & Procedures Manual Review customer invoices and ensure accuracy in line with Policies and Procedures Manual Monitor financial, efficiency and productivity results of the service department daily to ensure monthly targets will be achieved. Report any deviations to immediate Manager. Monitor results of Customer questionnaires and take appropriate action to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. Randomly inspect and road test at least one vehicle per week after quality control to ensure high levels of quality are maintained.
