The Company is building an investment banking and advisory practice with senior managing director presence in Dubai, to service our existing relationships in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia (MENASA) region. The office is scheduled to open summer of 2015.
Canaccord Genuity (Dubai) Ltd. is currently looking for Analysts to join our new team in Dubai with availability to start as of July 2015.
Responsibilities
• Work alongside deal teams consisting of Canaccord Genuity professionals at all levels including the senior principles, on a variety of advisory and financing transactions;
• Play a key role in all aspects of developing and executing transactions, including:
o financial analysis
o value analysis
o detailed modeling
o preparation of presentation materials
o research of company and industry dynamics
o conducting due diligence
o preparation of offering documents
o marketing transactions
