• Installations and relocation of PC, Laptops, Monitors and printers
• Installation of peripheral network attached assets (eg printers, scanners & switches)
• Break Fix issues in regards to cabling
• Testing and monitoring of PC, Laptops and Peripherals network attached assets (eg printers, scanners & switches)
• Ability to diagnose performance issues on Desktop systems
• Maintain technical documentation to required levels of the customer
• Pack and unpack the equipment onsite
• Perform Documentation and compliance procedures as requested by the client
