• Provide Division/Department support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Division/Department Office
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
• Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
• Make the required preparations for committee meetings
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
• Provide high level of secretarial support
• Type documents for the Division/Department
• Handle and maintain confidential documents for the Division/Department if necessary.
• Responsible to do, under supervision, work related to the delivery and receipt of documents inside or outside of the Company.
• Delivery documents to specify locations under acknowledgement.
• Maintain records of delivery items.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the direct manager.
