Doha, Qatar - Objective: The individually contributing role provides high level administrative support to the General Manager. Additionally, this role is responsible for all HR policy administration within the divisions ensuring compliance with the group HR policies in areas such as Talent acquisition, Talent and Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Records Management.
