Job Description:
 
To build, manage, and maintain relationships with a portfolio of both corporate and institutional clients
and approach new prospects in the region through selling and cross-selling products and services, as well as providing solutions based on client needs in order to achieve set targets.
Supervision of Subordinates
Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development.
Budgets and Plans
Contribute to the preparation of the budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
Portfolio and Targets Plans
§ Oversee the implementation of target plans of subordinates to achieve annual profit targets set for the portfolio.
§ Increase the clients wealth through growth in order to achieve or exceed profit targets set for the department.
§ Manage a portfolio of Private Banking clients through identifying clients’ needs and risk appetite in terms of investments in order to propose proper solutions and appropriate allocation of assets.
§ Work closely with other departments to structure portfolio for investments and continuously ensure that proper information and solutions are delivered to clients.
§ Assist in implementing and continuously reviewing target plans to achieve or exceed the annual profit targets set for the portfolio as a whole.
§ Assist in finding new investment products (Fund, portfolio, project, etc.) and participate in their initiation to contribute to the growth of the specified portfolio
§ Maintain and follow up on product performance and achievement of targets to ensure that appropriate actions are continuously taken
Relationship Management
§ Assist in the development and execution of a plan to acquire new relationships as well as broadening existing relationships and monitoring revenue against set targets.
§ Assist in ensuring superior service to new and existing high net worth customers in the region to provide them with the full suite of products & services,
§ Manage the communication with high net worth all types of clients regarding complaints, ensuring prompt and quick solutions to their absolute satisfaction.
§ Communicate and meet regularly with clients to inform them about performance and if required suggest a re-allocation of assets to ensure that the clients have a fair understanding of the investment solutions and to strengthen mutual relationships
Business Development and Cross Selling
§ Research and propose opportunities for new investments or services to enable the customers to participate in investments with higher return.
§ Assist in approaching new corporate and individual clients through the appropriate and available channels in order to increase the client base and generate more business.
§ Make sure to provide the customers with facilities and services using cross selling opportunities as well as appropriate redemption fees where possible in order to strengthen customer loyalty and boost the company’s revenues.
Public Relations and Media
§ Participate and represent in forums, conferences, and exhibitions to protect and enhance brand image and reputation and keep up-to-date with the latest happenings in the market.
§ Conduct presentations and trainings to all strategic clients to ensure proper transfer of knowledge and awareness.
