Manager Customer Service

Our Client, a professional company dealing in the area of Credit Information seeks to Hire Customer Service Manager as:
Responsible for overseeing the Customer Service function and Training/Support Centre of Client to ensure optimum service satisfaction and training for respective subscribers along with the provision of necessary reports for the concerned regulatory bodies.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the respective department by providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, and aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and objectives, and ensure employee engagement in a motivated work environment.
 Monitor, evaluate and manage overall customer service performance to ensure all targets are achieved.
 Identify any deviations or areas of concern and act promptly to resolve these in order to avoid adverse effects on overall results.
 Develop and continuously improve service level agreement and ensure the department has the technological, process, and human capability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
 Oversee the Customer Service activities and obtain subscriber feedback to analyse the same and identify the level of satisfaction for respective services.
 Oversee and manage the training/support centre activities for the respective subscribers to ensure effective usage of credit information.
 Coordinate with the concerned regulatory bodies and submit necessary reports to ensure compliance with all the rules and regulations.
 Oversee the invoice management in coordination with the Finance department.
 Assist in the management of change through continuous improvement of the functional processes and practices taking into account ‘leading practices’ and changes in the business environment to ensure the demands meet proactive action plans.
