Assist the Key Account Manager in aligning Nestle Strategy with customer needs by: developing mutual business opportunity, maximizing short & long term sales/profitability and building long term relationships with key customers to become the preferred category.
- Gather customer trends, needs & competitor information.
- Develop a centralized database of key account information
- Coordinate activities/agreements between key Accounts, in line with Marketing objectives
- Negotiate, implement & monitor customer specific strategies in line with the Brand objectives, including range development, merchandising, space, promotion pricing.
