Installation Engineer - HVAC

1-To plan and schedule installation works on sites to meet the time plan as per company requirements.

2- To supervise the foremen and labor working on site including subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per schedule and according to the client requirements.

3- To prepare & check HVAC designs, identify and define the requirements for the systems for the project.

4- To ensure that quality standards and safety regulations are achieved.

5- To provide solutions to problems that generally rises on site.

6- To submit daily, weekly and monthly reports for to the Department Manager about Installations progress,

7- To meet the clients or their representatives on site / office to facilitate completion of work as per standards, meeting their requirements.

8- Ensure maximum service quality to meet customer expectations.

9- Identify corrective and preventive actions and follow up with the implementation, to enhance the operations and increase customer satisfaction.

10- To control material requisition and consumption to the minimum range for effective cost saving purposes.

11- To prepare monthly production report for all the activities on sites including check lists ensuring work is completed as per company standards, policies and procedures.

12- Visit and inspect the installation sites to make sure proper services are provided.

13- Oversee the work of personnel including allocation, training and problem resolution; motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.

14 - To update the Job Status Report in the Oracle Data Base.
