Nature of Duties
a) Direct & control activities of assigned Personnel/Equipment (Operators/Drivers & Riggers) to obtain maximum output.
b) Instruct subordinates on selection of equipment for the jobs.
c) Analyses rigging problems & arrives at correct approach.
d) Monitors operating condition of equipment & arranges repairs as needed.
e) Briefs subordinates on safe methods of rigging.
