Qatar - Primary Purpose of the Job: Responsible for development of commissioning philosophy / strategy/plan, organizing & managing, supervising all activities related to commissioning, from early stage of project to successful handover. Plans and pursues all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to meet operational/final handover and project completion dates. Adopts and ensures compliance with corporate procedures and standards for commissioning and handover of equipment/system and plants, fully ensuring safety of the personnel and plant facilities.
