Identify target sales growth by brand

Coordinate with sales team to achieve the targeted sales growth

Prepare the budget plan to be spent

Activate the budget to be spent on monthly basis

Collect actual market implementation versus planed

Prepare a marketing plan for all brands

Conduct sales analysis by brand, by item & recommend

Conduct sales analysis by outlet

Conduct Brand Knowledge session

Coordinate with merchandisers for planograms implementation

Visit the market and collect Competition news

Visit the market and collect Market activities

Visit the market and collect price fishing

Conduct a price positioning sheet

Launching new sku, brands, new portfolio

Visit the market and prepare action plans

Support in building the business plan for total company

Master sheet (data entry, item description in system)

Proposal for Business Development on going throughout the year

Integration & synergy with all other departments

Facilitate brand focus to sales team (via training session)

Identify issues and work on solving the issue

Continuous support in upgrading the process to reach consistent development

Support in building brand image & brand awareness

Support in initiating project as marketing intelligence tool: Estimated market volume, Coverage matrix, classifications

Being a liaison and cascade company mission & vision, and brand progress achievement from UP to bottom & report all issue from bottom up
