Assistant General Manager

-Develop strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions & recommendations.
-Develop business plan and strategy to strengthen client base, and increasing reputation with the clients.
-Prepare plans and programs for the sales/marketing/ operations team and set target for attainment of objectives set forth by the company.
 -Monitor the business performance and give guidance & take corrective measures in order to make sure that the sales target are being achieved.
-Manage and meet expected target growth rate.
-Develop relationships with new principal/industry groups and introduce new products.
-Direct staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties to functional managers.
-Assisting the management in any other duties as assigned by the management.
-Corresponds with foreign suppliers.
