Workshop Supervisor

- Ensure full utilization of workshop available labor and resources to achieve planned operational targets
- Ensure all pre-orders are approved and obtains customer approval for all additional work
- Ensure the workshop observes all warranty process conditions, and supervises the correct tagging and storage of warranty parts
- Day to day management of workshop staff, Team Leaders & Technical Advisors
- Maintenance of all workshop tools, equipment, fixings, PPE and similar goods within a budget.
- Provide a well-run and maintained workshop including building maintenance and other issues in relation to the management of the workshop
- Prepares quotes and final costs for all repair works and reports discrepancies on parts and machinery to the workshop manager
- To oversee the diagnostic procedures and methods and ensuring that Quality Standards are met before the vehicle delivery
