Technical Executive

Dubai - A local group of companies are looking for a Technical Executive to join our Facilities Management team. The Technical Executive reports to Facilities Manager and also deputises in their absence. The role will provide day-to-day supervision of the Technical Facilities Management team and ensure Facilities Management Department responsibilities in respect of maintenance and repair programs for the retail sites in the UAE are delivered. The post holder will play an active role in the successful management of assets through robust PPM program and supervision of allocated minor works programs covering repairs and maintenance works as requested by the business group and assigned via the fmhelpdesk. They will direct in Project Management of minor capital works projects and development of the in-house maintenance capability.
