Key Accountabilities: Supervise a screening program given at the time of initial academic assessment that would evaluate reading and writing skills in order to identify students who are at risk or have learning difficulties. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team to develop an individual academic plan (IEP) for each student identified as at risk or with learning difficulties, to foster a supportive environment with high expectations. Develop frequent assessments to determine effectiveness of these programs and make adjustments as needed. Design a suitable exam with subject teachers that focus on student's strength and make sure he is going through a successful learning experiences and enhancing his self-confidence.
