Doha, Qatar - Manage legal matters pertaining to Qatar Red Crescent according to detailed internal policy and regulation in Qatar. Provide a variety of general corporate and commercial legal management services internally. To provide legal advice for all the different departments within QRC. To review and/or draft the contract templates for QRC. To take part in transaction/agreement negotiation, To procure the Legal Compliance respecting the local laws of Qatar, and which includes but without limitation to, corporate management, labor. Advises Senior Management on the impact of applicable laws or regulations. Represents QRC in all legal affairs in order to resolve disputes and protect the interests of QRC. Formulates and communicates mitigation strategies on identified legal risks.
