Doha, Qatar - Ensure uniform application of organisation HR policies, procedures and practices; Ensure that recommendations are made for updates in HR policies, procedures and practices; Establish and maintain computer records related to Compensation & Payroll functions; Maintain payroll records on a day-to-day basis ensuring inputs for the timely and accurate payments of salaries; Prepare and complete all employee pay and deduction data entries in time to ensure correct authorization by managers. Validate/ check data input and answer queries from employees; Ensure new employee records are maintained and amended, as relevant, in the computerized personnel and pay system.
