Morgan McKinley - Dubai - Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Compliance and Group Compliance, a hard working an ambitious FATCA Manager is required. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the FATCA compliance framework and s/he will have experience in the requirements for FATCA. Key Functions: (include but not limited to) Providing the Head of Regulatory Compliance with information, feedback and reports of adequate detail, quality and accuracy. To manage and maintain the FATCA Compliance Framework with regards to Audit reviews and FATCA regulations. Periodically reviewing and refreshing the FATCA Compliance Framework, including the policies, procedures and governance structure, in order to keep it updated. Providing FATCA guidance, advice and support to business units and subsidiaries. Ensure all entities are properly registered with IRS and classified sufficiently for FATCA purposes.
