Automotive Distributior - Qatar - Automotive Parts Manager [Description] • Responsible for the overall profitability of the Automotive Parts Department and all the spare parts operations in branches. • Forecasts goals and objectives, prepare annual operating budget, oversees stock order procedures, and establishes parts inventory and pricing. • Analyse sales, expenses, and inventory to maintain profit goals. • Works with the service manager, body shop manager and commercial workshop manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs. • Recruits and mentoring all parts department staffs, review incentive plans, improve productivity and efficiency. • Optimizing spare parts and accessories inventory levels, minimizing dead stock levels.
