Conduct paper works for training, travel, conventions, consultant visit, etc. (visa, accommodation, etc.). Update reports and reflect in web pages and EDMS (safety variance, etc.) Ensure assistance for all Departments under Environment, Safety and Security. Coordinate and ensure satisfaction of administrative requirements of Environment, Safety and Security Departments. Support Monthly Safety Stats preparation to Safety Specialist, upload the stats to web site....
