Kuwait City - Job Responsibilities ·To prepare, manage and track information relating to any formal legal issues for Company and employees ·To maintain currency with Company policies and procedures and Local Labour laws and ministry rules and regulations. ·To coordinate the management of all Company employee travel, visas and residencies. ·To prepare, manage and track information relating to all Company licences, registrations and visa quotas for Kuwait operations, commercial activities and new projects ·To set up and maintain administration systems and processes according to the company ·To develop and maintain effective ongoing relationships both internally and externally, including Government departments and ministries ·To maintain confidentiality regarding employee personal information & Company sensitive issues ·To manage employee development and performance and appraisal activities ·To provide employee services and advice on Labour disputes.
