They have an office in Qatar and now seek two Senior Quantity Surveyors to join them in Doha to work on a major highways project. You must have a BSc or BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying and be MRICS or MCIOB qualified. You will need to have at least fifteen years experience in dealing with major highway construction project as a Quantity Surveyor. You need to have some experience in claims and arbitration procedures and methods. You will need experience in the planning of major projects with particular emphasis on the utilization of computer programs such as Primavera, MS Project or similar for the planning and tracking of projects. You will provide assistance to the team during negotiations, arbitration and other disputes.
