Recruitment Section Head

Abu Dhabi - Will be responsible for formulating recruitment strategies, programmes, campaigns, plans and processes and overseeing their effective implementation. He will be leading a number of Recruitment Officers and accountable for their timely and effective fulfillment of recruitment targets. Must have 10 years experience in human resources field, 5 of which should be of hands-on involvement in the cycle of recruitment. Skills  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.  8 to 12 years experience in recruitment or a related field with a proven track record of success.  Acquaintance with the local employment market and community resources.  Familiarity with city, state and federal laws, regulations and codes related to employment.  Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic software applications and familiarity with the internet and email communications.  Fluent in Arabic and English.  Excellent verbal, writt...
