A Senior Project Manager is the principal project administrator and communications link between the firm and: the Client, Sub-consultants, Local, State, and Federal Regulatory agencies, Public Authorities, and the General Construction Contractor. General: Be completely versed in the firm-client contract for the project, and of the client's objectives. Satisfy client's goals. Analyze the project scope, the client's RFP and firm's proposal with the Project Architect. Organize the work on the project and set forth the procedures to be employed in accomplishing the project.
