Doha, Qatar - About the Position: As part of the Engineering Procurement team, you will be responsible to arrange for the supply, materials as required by the Department. This will include the following functions: selection of sources throuh SAP, preparation of specifications, tenders and schedules; obtaining and negotiating prices; obtaining quotations and placing orders and processing invoices through SAP jointly with Line Manager. Pre purchase, post purchase, pretendering, order acceptance, guarantees, expediting, payment certification and order closures will also be the part of your responsibility. About you: Ideally you must have Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical with 5-10 years experience in MEP field. Technically you will be fully aware of SAP ERP Procurement module and MS office. You will be someone who displays assertiveness whilst still maintaining professionalism as well as have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, move around and expedite timely delivery....
