Plant Production Manager

Kuwait - Handling project activities: Involving in working out various requirements with respect to utilities, manpower & monitoring project implementation. Upon completion of project, responsible for the plant operation. Coordinating plant activities with accountability for optimal utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives. Bringing improvements in quality, production, yield, availability and cost. Product Development: Understanding overall operations for improvement of existing products, undertaking cost analysis, design analysis & product study. Coordinating product development / customization functions. Managing the functions of preventive/breakdown maintenance of mechanical machines, utilities to reduce downtime to minimum.
