Doha, Qatar - Supervises contractor(s) engaged in construction of aerial projects. Directs, control & coordinates the work activities in the execution of the aerial rigging, lifting, or scaffolding activities within various operational locations. Responsible for inspection & reporting of Tower's maintenance works. Installs and connects feeder cables (with proper end connectors) to link the radio equipment to the aerials/antennas. Repairs aerials/antennas, connectors and replace cables where necessary. Performs VSWR test using Site master test equipment, and ability to troubleshoot transmission waveguide leaks/faults etc. Conducts regular inspections of various telecom towers for integrity checks and status update, prepare and submit reports and recommendations for corrective actions, updated antenna loading details, etc. as part of PM tasks.
