Doha, Qatar - About Your Job: In this role, the Technical Instructors will replace the current function of Ground Instructors, to limit the numbers of active pilots with additional ground duties. The role will be full time assigned to ground duties, covering all duties related to pilot ground training and will include these and other responsibilities:- Conducting Technical Training Courses - EASA, QCAR and Company Standards, you will design, maintain and produce technology based training materials and courseware. You will ensure that lesson plans, training materials and training aids are prepared in advance of training courses, ensure that training manuals and maintained and updated in a timely fashion, and ensure question bank material is maintained and in an up to date and effective manner. You will advise on technical subjects within the scope of technical training.
