Kuwait City - An officer will assist the Call Center by providing inputs in order to ensure on time issuance of performance reports like Score Cards and performance dashboards. Evaluate existing report formats, process documentation and recommend improvement in existing reports/documentations. Ensure updating timely the call center web page. Responsibilities include: 1. Supervise and provide daily Inbound and Outbound reports on dialer performance and post them on call center web page. 2. Provide data reports for daily/weekly/monthly/annual reviews with staff, team leaders and call center management. 3. Upload and Maintain agent errors and performance data on internal portal and ensure availability of reports. 4. Capture and maintain data regarding KPIs and for all levels of employees in Call Center in a timely manner. 5. Assist by providing inputs for monthly employee performance scorecards on timely basis. 6. Maintain Trend report of data available in Daily reports. 7. Provide workflow cr...
